Refund Policy

a) Users have the right to request a refund within 3 days of course payment. b) To request a refund, the user must contact Svidomo's support service and provide a reason for the refund. Your request will be reviewed, and if it meets our refund terms, the money will be returned to your account. c) Refunds can only be made to the payment account from which the original payment was made.

Restrictions after Refund

a) In the event of a refund, the user's access to the Svidomo platform and the purchased course will be closed. b) The user will not be able to register for the same course in the future if they have already exercised their right to a refund for that course. c) Svidomo reserves the right to change the terms of payment and refund at any time without prior notice.
